Refunds and Cancellations:

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. We try to give our customers as much information prior to purchases. If you have any questions prior to purchases, please reach out to us. We have done our best to capture the true color of the yarn and fabric. We understand the variation of colors on different devices and are available to answer any questions regarding color or pattern scheme prior to purchase. When a refund is granted, it will not include the shipping cost and will not be delivered until after the product has been inspected. We thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Policy:

Process: We generally process orders within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and it will mainly be sent Monday through Friday. We make the best efforts to do it earlier, but sometimes our 4 children will occupy us for a time being! At the moment we are a 2 person shop, but are looking to expand!

Shipping:

Orders over $100 ship free to US destinations. Orders below $100 are charged a flat rate of $10 to US destinations, unless the order is above 5 pounds. If over 5 pounds, shipping quotes will be based on USPS or UPS ground shipping and you will be notified prior to completing the purchase. If you want to have faster delivery, please contact us and we can accommodate, but expect the shipping cost to be higher. Covid 19 has caused many issues with shipping, please inform us of any issue you are having and we will try to rectify. Most importantly we wish you to be healthy during these unusual times.

International Orders: Will be done on an ad hoc basis. Duties and other international fees will not be the responsibility of Sweet Somerby.
